 Information :

Easter continues to be celebrated on two different dates depending on which church you belong to. 

The Orthodox Easter now falls anywhere between April 4 and May 8 and the Catholic Easter falls anywhere between March 22 and April 25.

In rare instances, usually every 4 Years, the dates align, and Easter is celebrated simultaneously. This will happen again in 2025.

The Month April is still off- season, but the weather is already good here and the sea usually has ca. 20-22 degrees.

So, April it is for guests that like to enjoy the landscape, love hiking, to be part of the traditional side of this beautiful  Island

and to just experience how the Karpathians celebrate their Easter in the villages. It is one of the most important celebration of the Year. 

Lefkos area will be still quiet and the restaurants won't be open yet, but it is also great to enjoy the still empty beaches.

We recommend to rent a car to get around and to be able to buy your supply from the Super-Markets and to find the typical Greek taverns in the villages near by  (Saint George Mesochori, Spoa or Arkassa).  Therefore, for Easter 2025, we will only open our Studios and Apartments from 11.04.-27.04.25 (if you wish to stay longer than the mentioned date, that is possible as well)  and our regular season will start from 05.05.25 .
